BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE CONDITION AND VALIDITY OF ALL ITEMS! Darr Auctions will make no claim or guarantee on the validy or condition of any property. We recommend that you attend a viewing day. Whether you attend viewing day or not, all items must be paid for in full and removed from the property on pickup day.

PROCEDURE:
Online bidding only. The auction will start to close at 5:00 PM on Monday, May 20th. The close will be staggered (6 items per minute beginning with the first item). There will be "extended bidding" which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time will have an additional 3 minutes of bidding until there is 3 minutes of inactivity at which point the bidding will be closed.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE
The buyer is solely responsible for any disassembling, loading, removal and transportation of all items. Darr Auctions does not provide shipping, transportation or loading.

10% Buyers Fee on all items purchased

BIDS CANNOT BE RETRACTED ONCE PLACED. This includes max bids.

Cash, credit card or good check payable to Darr Auctions must be paid on the pickup day prior to merchandise being removed. There will be a 3% fee added to your invoice on pickup day for all credit card purchases.

Bidder agrees to remove all items purchased after full payment and within the time frame outlined in the auction information.

Darr Auctions cannot and will not guarantee internet or email service. Should there be a power outage or internet failure, Darr Auctions reserves the right to extend ending times at our discretion. No bidder will hold Darr Auctions responsible for any failure of internet or email to function properly. Should a bidder not receive an invoice or a “you have been outbid” email, buyer will not hold Darr Auctions responsible and hereby agrees to monitor all bids and invoices on an individual basis. By registering to bid, all bidders are hereby in agreement.

You must read our terms and conditions and register (if you have registered for one of our previous auctions you don't have to reregister but can use the same bidding number for all our auctions) before bidding on this auction.

Helpful hints: Once you have registered to bid, you can use the same bidder number and password for all of our online auctions without having to reregister. Don't forget to use the "refresh" button. As an auction is ending you will see the clock telling you when each item will end. You must hit "refresh" every so often to see the updated time and to see if you have been outbid.
