Gun buyers agree to fill out all necessary paperwork (even if you have a permit to purchase) and must pick up all guns in person. BECAUSE OUR FFL DEALER CANNOT BE AT PICKUP DAY, ALL GUN BUYERS THAT DO NOT HAVE A PERMIT TO PURCHASE WILL AGREE TO PAY FOR THE GUN AND FILL OUT PAPERWORK ON PICKUP DAY. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AFTER ALL BACKGROUND CHECKS HAVE BEEN DONE SO YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR GUN. $10 FFL FEE WILL BE ADDED TO EACH FIREARM TRANSACTION. Darr Auctions cannot and will not guarantee internet or email service. Should there be a power outage or internet failure, Darr Auctions reserves the right to extend ending times at our discretion. No bidder or seller will hold Darr Auctions responsible for any failure of internet or email to function properly. Should a bidder not receive an invoice or a “you have been outbid” email, buyer will not hold Darr Auctions responsible and hereby agrees to monitor all bids and invoices on an individual basis. By registering to bid, all bidders are hereby in agreement.
Helpful hints: Once you have registered to bid, you can use the same bidder number and password for all of our online auctions without having to reregister. Don't forget to use the "refresh" button. As an auction is ending you will see the clock telling you when each item will end. You must hit "refresh" every so often to see the updated time and to see if you have been outbid. After items have ended, you can use the "open items" link at the top of each page to get rid of all ended items so you are only dealing with items that are still being bid on.
